With AI agents in chat plans, you can create your own AI agents, connect them to your tools, and automate your workflows in a familiar chat interface, whether you’re working on your own or together with your team.
Just chat plans focus on team communication and tasks, with built-in features such as voice note transcription and AI search. Just chat plans do not include AI agents.
Both plans include AI agents, tool connections, and automated workflows, with the same chat, security, and storage features. Individual lets you start on your own and invite colleagues within your plan’s user limit.
Team+ gives you higher user and agent limits and more monthly AI credits.
AI credits cover the work your agents perform. Individual and Team+ include a set number of AI credits each month, and Enterprise offers a tailored amount.
If you run out, you can always top up your credits to keep your agents working.
Yes. Zenzap’s Free plan is free for your whole team and includes unlimited group chats, unlimited built-in to-dos, scheduled messages, AI voice note transcription, and AI in-chat search.
Advanced features, such as AI agents, voice & video calls, and custom workflows, are included in selected paid plans.
If you’re on a flat-fee plan, you can add users within your plan’s limit with no additional charges. If you’re on a per-user plan, you’ll be charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the billing period.
No. Zenzap plans apply to the entire workspace.
No. External guests, such as vendors, contractors, and clients, can join your chats without counting toward your plan’s user limit. They just need their own free Zenzap account.
Paying annually upfront provides a significant discount compared to the month-to-month billing rate.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through your account settings, where you can also update payment details and view your billing history.

Yes. If you cancel your annual subscription early, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days.
